Teen romance auditions at Swoon Reads

Posted on October 28, 2013

swoon readsDo you have an unpublished teen romance novel? You can upload your novel to Swoon Reads, a teen romance imprint publishing under Feiwel and Friends, an imprint of Macmillan. They accept both teen romance and new adult novels, but the work must be original, completed novels that are not, and have never been under contract with another publisher.

  • Authors can submit their manuscripts online.
  • Readers can then read, rate, and comment on the submissions.
  • Highly rated manuscripts will be read by the Swoon Reads publishing board.

Authors whose manuscripts are considered most Swoon-worthy by both the community and the publishing board will be given a standard Macmillan publishing contract with a $15,000 advance, and their book will be published in both print and e-book formats—including editing, design, marketing and sales.
